Dental bridges literally bridge the gap created by one or more missing teeth.A bridge is made up of two or more crowns for the teeth on either side of the gap.

Bridge is a fixed dental restoration used to replace one or more missing teeth by joining an artificial tooth to adjacent teeth or dental implants.

Both,crowns and bridges are fixed prosthetic devices.Unlike removable devices such as dentures,crowns and bridges are cemented onto existing teeth or implants and can only be removed by a dentist.

Keep your gums and teeth healthy  by brushing with fluoride toothpaste twice a day and flossing daily.

To prevent damage to your new crown/bridge,avoid chewing  hard foods.

Avoid sticky,chewy foods(Eg:chewing gum,caramel) which have the potential of grabbing and pulling off the crown.
